Face to Face, Pilgrims, Agape, Prayer Vigil

PE Emmaus Community Newsflash 2023

Well, here we are in 2023!   And we have so much planned for this year.   And our first event for the year is FACE 2 FACE
 
FACE 2 FACE # 2 is happening on:

Tuesday 7th March
Thursday 9th March
Saturday 11th March
Tuesday  14th March
 
After the wonderful success of our first encounter, we are excitedly anticipating our second encounter, under the dedicated leadership of:
ALLEN KRÖGER
LAY DIRECTOR  
 
We are grateful, too, that the team is full with faithful and committed members ready to serve the pilgrims.
 
And that brings us to the potential pilgrims.
 
   

Has someone been laid on your heart (who is over 60) that you feel may be ready for an encounter with Jesus?
 
 Please pray for that person as you approach them, remembering the importance of SPONSORSHIP!

It’s NOT a quick fix for someone going through a bad time, grief, trauma or depression.

Do you remember how you felt receiving those little surprise gifts – the agape gifts?
Well, we need agape for ENCOUNTER #2.

If you are so inclined, put on your creative thinking caps and make some agape, with all the love you have!

If you want some ideas, please contact me and I will send you a comprehensive list of suggestions.

And then we also need those little goodies to feast on, on the tables like biscuits, sweets and chips
If you would like to donate any of those - it will be greatly appreciated – it would be your agape gift to the Encounter.
 
And our last request from the Board is for you to continue to pray for the pilgrims, for the team (as we do) – and also during the Encounter.
